Other night I did a cross rib roast. I specifically smoked it for sandwee making.

French dip it is!

I like horseradish (in this case wasabi horseradish), pepperoncini, tomato, and normally cheddar. Tonight it was Swiss. Good grinder and that's all you need.

First step is to half the grinder, butter it up and grill it

ENJOY!!!!

Great looking FD Case, like it all except that wasabi, that stuff could take the chrome off a bumper, way to hot for me.:p

Looks great Case. I could sure devour one of those. We did the same with some left over London Broil I did a week or so ago. I would slather it with the Wasabi Horseradish also. Love that stuff.

Thank you Rich! Mayo and Mustard makes an okay sandwee, I guess :D

Maybe when Barb sees how great this sandwee is she'll let you get a 14.5" WSM ;)

Thanks Cliff! This is really one of my favorite ways to eat leftover roast beef! I was going to make some JoJo's on the Disc but I got lazy. Wish I had, they are tasty!

With nine grills and smokers Barb has put me back on the leash. I do have a mini I made that gets a lot of use, so I'm good in the 14.5 department. The only thing she agrees with for a possible addition would be a 26.5 performer if Weber ever makes one at a decent price.
