Yes, this is from the recent Chopped: Grill Masters season 2 that featured Harry Soo and Donna Fong. Each contestant had their own dedicated Weber kettle and Genesis, and access to several WSMs.

My number one go to ingredient, it is actually based on a fish sauce and the flavor is incredible. JMHO

Have not seen this one before and have not used any W sauce in a long time either. Maybe I should try some again.
