LD13 Spares

last Monday, seasoned spares with BBQ3000 from Penzeys and Pig Rub from Jacob's Meats of Appleton
apple and hickory, once again, for smoke

...I mixed a little pineapple-orange juice with some Jerry's

grabbed a hunka foil...

then poured on some Rufus Teague heat

another ¾ hour later, we did eet it... with a little AH pasta and beans with Patty Pans

No labor involved and no one got hurt during this cook.

Jim, the ribs and sides,(and, what I'm guessing is a gin and tonic) look fantastic!:) I haven't done spares in a long time but I think they will be on the menu this weekend.
