Thanks. It’s called dinner in 30 minutes or less. Frozen scallops and shrimps. Costco’s finest. Washed it down with a bottle of rosé.

I like mine CI as well but I’ll settle fo them on the Blackstone.
For me it’s salt n pepper, seared in butter and oil.
90 or so seconds first side and 60 on the other.
I dry mine off really good before the cook too.
