Anything other than potato in the foil wrap? How long do you keep them on the grill? And all the time over the diffusion plate?

I added one more photo which shows the Potatos cooking directly over the lit charcoal in the SlowNSear. When foiled wrap with two(2) medium-size potatoes; I cook them directly over the charcoal for around fifty(50) minutes total in which I turn once after twenty-five(25) minutes. Before my Wife wraps the potatoes in the Foil Wrap she rubs them with some Homemade Argentina Style Chimi-Churi which consist of mainly Olive Oil and Garlic. I forgot to take a photo when platted which I will do next time. Thanx for the Reply!
