Hey Friends,
Sorry I've been busy and didn't get a chance to post this yet, plus I don't think it was one of my better cooks, so I was also a little embarrassed
Anyway...
Planned on having some friends over to watch the games, my wife did up a whole bunch of food inside while I insisted that we cook on the grill as well. Plan was some ribs, wings, and sausages.
rubbed the ribs with a rub a friend of my wife made (she knows how much i'm into that kinda stuff) pretty good too, not sure what was all in it

post rub

and then onto the WSM full chimney unlit of lump with a full chimney of lump lit on top

ribs on no water pan. I've started to do this more since I saw Tony do it, I like having the drippings go right onto the coals.

after a couple of hours and ready for the wrap

meanwhile some chicken wings getting happy in some hot sauce

wings on the top 'tenders on the bottom for a dish my wife makes, sorry no pictures of that but it a buffalo chicken wrap thing (awesome) I should share that some time now that I'm thinking of it

sorry pics get thin at this point as the game was about to start, and last pic a little blurry
here is all the grilled stuff

all in all not bad
still need to perfect my wing recipe on the WSM over cooked 'em and the came out a little dry, but people seemed to like them and that's what matters i guess
thanks for looking and enjoy the rest of your week!

Did you have all bottom vents closed?
Yeah, pretty much. i had 2 closed all the way and 1 open just a bit for most of the rib cook, started getting a little hot so closed it all the way, then had to make some minor adjustments here and there.
added another lit chimney before i put the wings on and left them all open for that because i wanted the heat
