last weekend, ribs n peppers

Bought a bunch of jalapenos from the farmers market near work for $1 a pound...wanted to try stuffing them. I've seen y'all post these a couple of times and they looked great....mine did'nt look great but they were tastey...grilled some fish and chicken that day also and made tacos but that was too boring to take pictures of.

I meant to add....The peppers were stuffed three different ways

Mozzarella, sharp cheddar cream cheese

Mozzarella, blue cheese and cream cheese

Mozzarella, sharp cheddar, cream cheese and crumbled sausage(the best one)
