I had some issues which made me cancel the weekly dinner with the family so, I had to break down a lovely eight bone loin gave a four bone roast to the kids, cooked 2 chops then did this last night.

My plate, I roasted the fennel and potatoes while the roast cooked!
Roast was dusted with “Memphis Dust”.
EVOO, salt and pepper on the fennel.
“Butter infused” olive oil from Fustini’s (look them up!) salt, pepper and chopped fresh rosemary on the baby potatoes.
Quite nice if I do say so myself!
