Lamb steak

I'm a big fan of lamb, but my wife doesn't care for it. So while I can only dream of doing a whole leg, my butcher turned me on to steaks cut from the leg, and it's become one of my favorite cuts.

SAME! It's really hard to find meat where I live.... But they look great!

I'd check your local walmart. Up north here they have started carrying differen't lamb products.
