I've been determined to go through my freezer and use up some of my finds from weeks, ok months, past. I came out with some really nice Lamb Loin Chops from Costco. Decided to cook them up with some potatoes and garlic brussel sprouts. Then topped if off with a piece of WSM Peach Pie. Here's a few pictures from the cook last night.

Mixed up a marinade for the lamb. Used OO, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped garlic, chopped oregano, chopped thyme and chopped rosemary.

Put chops in a gallon zip lock bag along with the marinade for 5 hours.

Pulled chops out of bag and let rest to get up to room temperature.

Baked a few potatoes for an hour or so.

Tossed some sprouts in some oil, chopped garlic, smoked paprika, k salt. Used skewers for tonights cook.

Got the chops on the grill over indirect heat.

Moved them over for a reverse sear on high heat. Just a minute or two.

Dinner plated. My only problem on this cook was I decided to mash the potatoes. I guessed a little heavy on the milk and they came out way too creamy. I just served them up. Glad we weren't having company! They were very good and tasty, just not the fluffy consistency I like. The lamb and the sprouts were delicious.

The star of the evening, The Pie with vanilla ice cream!

Thanks for looking everyone!

Everything looks wonderful, including the potatoes. The plated pic looks really delicious. Now about that pie...do you think you could send some up here before it spoils? Love it. Looks great.

Nice cook Cliff. Have not had lamb in years. My wife grew up with lamb, not a option here.
Peach pie looks tasty.
