Lamb Chops and Steak

Lamb chops for me....steak for the Missus. I tried the Trader Joes Coffee rub and it's very good.

Meat Looks fantastic, I can't quite figure what cut of meat the steak is that is looks like a pinbone porterhouse with the tail left on ( old school style) or possibly a veal chop ?

Good eye. It's a Delmonico. They were on sale and I bought a few, specifically for the Missus, because they're too thin for me, but right up her alley, as she prefers hockey-pucks. I swear I apologize every time I serve her those overcooked steaks.
