So I had my Mom and one of my four sisters and her husband out today. I did a co-cook with the little Italian CEO. Anything she touches in the kitchen is incredible. I can't lose.

So it begins

Oh my!!! Bill, that's just perfection on a plate!!! The chops look amazing and I'm sure the CEO's pasta was delicious!!
 
Bill I have to confess, I'm not a lamb person. One more confession...... this would probably change my mind. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
That's quite an impressive collaboration between you and the CEO, Bill. The CEO's pasta aioli looks fantastic!
 
Excellent looking lamb chops and sides!!! Those lamb chops look so good I think I'm gonna have to make some this week now!

David it is pasta made in the usual way slightly a dente then cooked in a skillet with EVOO, Kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper and black olives diced up. Usually she adds some anchovies but my sister does not like them so not this time.
It is a fabulous side.

thanks, I do that sometimes, without the olives however, not a big fan of the blacks......gotta have that P cheese in mine, always.............d
