This is a dinner Emilie wipped out. Not alot of documentation,but you get the idea.

Blooming onions and Hb´s gets a head start.


Then the Lamb hits the grill. Marinated in Red wine,thyme,garlic salt & pepper ofc.


Plated with Emilie´s fantastic bearnaise.


Before we dig in the Chef wanna say hi!

Daniel you just may have been out done by Emilie. She’s obviously better looking than you and it appears she’s a better cook. :) Looks like a wonderful meal and once again, thanks so much for the outstanding photos.
 
It's great to see that you and Emilie are on the same page, culinarily speaking. Delicious. Impressed with the béarnaise and grill marks! I've yet to master the successful hasselbacks. Any suggestions? Mine get chewy and a bit dried out on the grill.
 
Emilie is giving you a run for your money. Careful now, she may be challenging you in the next iron chef comp. Great job, E!

Lamb isn't my favourite thing in the world but Emilie sure makes a tasty looking argument for trying it again.
