Costco Australian lamb, cut it up into chops. Seasoned with a mix of carne crosta and santa Maria rubs from Oakridge.

Full disclosure I had way tooooooo much fun 🍻🍻🍻 last weekend and ruined that lamb, wife was not happy.

I’m doing them again tonight and will pay way more attention!!! Lamb first beers after!!
