Case great cook and great recipe I am with you gochujang is great a very different flavor. Beside we have it in the refrigerator already.

Those look good, Case. I have a buddy who lives in Bend. I'll ask him if he could smell those delicious wings cooking from his house! :)

You mentioned high temperature for the cook -- how high? And for how long?

Thank you Sean. I bet he could, lol!

325°-350°. Probably 45minutes - 1 hour, then sauced for another 15 if I had to guess. I peak in on them every 15 minutes or so to see how they are progressing. Flip part way threw. I normally don't time any of it but that sounds about right.
