Kofta...

I know i have been a bit off lately and i guess i still am. Have a few cooks on the camera that i wasent going to post. But to Prove to you that im still alive i will do that anyway.

We start of with Kofta:

Minced beef/garlic/parsley/salt/pepper/cayenne/cumin in a bowl ready to be gently mixed.


Pushed out in a pan "loaf style"


40-50 min indirect. And done.


Cut into strips and served in a tortillia bread.

I was working late yesterday so all cred goes to Emilie. Smoked chicken.

Brined a few hours in a mix of: Water/lemon/bay leafes/allspice/black pepper/salt & sugar.


Indirect untill the breast reads 175F...Kissed by apple smoke.

And we dident got a plated shot...Couse the kids ate some early and we ate late and so on...But i made the plated one in Paint so no worries!

We ate some shredded chicken on a bun...With some mayo/sriracha/and some mangold salad. As you can se in this pic the chicken is cooked to perfection!
