In February 2016, it was $19.99 before the $4.30 discount, so $15.69 at the register. Can anyone confirm the latest price?

Yes normally $19.99 for two 18lb bags. Cheaper even when not on sale. They don't stock it year round. So I stocked up a week ago at $15.69.

BJs wholesale club here in the East Coast also has these on sale .. two 18lb bags for $21 - $4 coupon ... couple of dollars more than Costco .. still a good deal.
