Kingsford competition brickets.

Anybody tried these yet? Noticed Costco has a coupon for 3 bucks off 2 bags this month. Just looking for some feedback.

I'm a fan. They don't contain any coal, and don't have that funny Kingsford smell when you light them.

Even with the coupon they're a little on the expensive side. Almost 17 bucks here in Los Angeles for 2 bags. Minus the 3 dollar coupon they're 14 bucks a bag plus tax. I'm gonna wait to see what kind of sales show up memorial day for regular K.

Yeah, 7 bucks a bag is a little steep. Especially after that "other white meat" coupon that allowed you to buy a bag of regular K at Walmart for a buck a bag. But even without that coupon, regular K seems to go for around 4 bucks a bag on Memorial Day. That's when I stock up for the whole year.
