King rib sandwich

Got the idea on this from Myron mixons latest book. Take your rib leftovers and peel the meat off and make a sandwich! Rib meat, pickles, BBQ sauce, and whatever else you want (onions, cheese, tomato)

Kept mine simple---- rib meat, hot and spicy pickles, and BBQ sauce. Love this new idea for rib leftovers!

Yeah...what Mike said! On those rare times I actually do have leftover ribs, they usually get eaten as a midnight snack, cold and straight from the fridge. I suppose I could use the rib tips that are left over from trimming spares to a St. Louis cut, but even those usually get devoured as a "cook's treat" after smoking alongside the ribs. All that being said, great looking sandwich. All that tasty bark must make for really good eating.
 
I have all girls in the family and they don't like to eat ribs off the bone, so I often prepare ribs like this for them. Your's look very good, nice sandwich.
