I guess I could have given some incidentals: that's ground beef and pork, toasted bread crumbs, homemade bulgogi and kimchi. I used about a pint of the kimchi for two #s o' meat. I add the bread crumbs to counter the very moistness of the blend. Thanks for the nice compliments.
