What could be better than summer on the grill? Kielbasa grilled until the skin splits, pierogi, peppers leftover from pizza night and some nice yellow squash.

They're delicious! These were onion and potato. We also get cheese and potato.
They're more of a fall/winter type food for us, a bit on the heavy side. It was just a natural with the Kielbasa and cooler temps. One day I am going to make my own dough and do them from scratch, I heard they're pretty easy.
