Kabobs & A Cast Iron Seared Filet

Hey team

Messing around a decided it had been a while since I made Kabobs.

Also tried the Sear it on a Cast iron Skillet method for a Filet as @RobertDilbert recently suggested.

I think I could have left the kabobs on a little longer to get more "Grill" on the veggies. The pan seared Steak is a neat alternative to traditional grill marks.

I Smokeboosted the steaks and then cut them up and skewered the kabobs. Maybe next time I'll just Smokeboost the whole Kabob veggies and all instead.

Super tasty nonetheless but I can do better.
