Just the Point


 
A kosher butcher may be able to supply you with a "second cut" brisket, but you probably won't like the price.
 
I have never seen just the point, and I bet it might even be cheaper to buy a packer brisket, cut the point off, and use the flat for some other occasion.
 
Every time I try to seperate one while raw the damn thing comes out like its been OJ'ED. I would love to see a video of it being done or a chance to see it in real life.
