M Matthew Y TVWBB Fan May 6, 2015 #1 Cooked up some Canadian Prime Striploins Olive oil and sprinkled Kosher salt over the steaks. Let it sit in room temp for 30 min. Washed off the salt and pat dry. Really liking the Glenfiddich 15yr. I think it's my new favorite.
