just started my first brisket on new WSM

After working the hoidays I finally get a day off and decided to try a brisket on my WSM so far I have done 3 turkeys pork butt and some chicken thighs with very good luck now its time for brisket, I have cooked many briskets on my CGSP but this will be the first on the WSM

Hi Jason,

Great photos, but really big! We still have lots of members on dial-up, so in the future please resize photos to 640x480 pixels and less than 64KB in file size. See How to use TVWB - Posting Photos for guidelines.

In the meantime, I will replace the inline photos with links. In fact, this is the preferred method of sharing photos, so people can choose whether or not to look.
