Just put it together

Hello all, my first WSM 18.5 showed up today while I was at work via UPS. Got it put together tonight and I'm planning some pork roast on it this Saturday for a first cook. Got lucky, it and the Canjun Bandit door showed up at the same time so I was able to assembled it all right off the bat.

Thanks guys. Yeah Keith I'm stocked up on charcoal but right now my local Walmart has it for $5 a bag so I know I'll buy some more.

I don't know what size the bags are you have, but usually around memorial day, 4th of july, & labor day Lowes and Home Depot put the 2 bags of 18.5 lbs each on sale for $9.99. $10.00 for both, or $5.00 a bag. you may want to watch for that as well
