Just picked up from a $10 kettle

Unfortunately one of the leg inserts on the kettle is rusted through, not sure if there is a real fix to it but all the grates are in great condition.

I used to have one those corn and tater rings and the half moon grate. Steal for a sawbuck.
Can some large fender washers w/nuts and bolts fix that leg socket?

I had one of the “Corn N’ Tater” racks, now I can’t find it! I actually wanted it the other day! I may have given it away due to lack of use! Foolish generosity!!

Seen a few youtube video's on doing that but not sure if that actually works, or maybe a welder fixing and filling? IDK, I have refurbished a lot Webers and now looking at this just more curious on the process of doing something like fixing a rusted hole.

It is funny, most people, (like myself never seen something like the corn/tater rings), but like going through a time machine finding out about it and looking at pics, even the Warmer Rack has evolved.
