I just didn't get an action pic! But the food was good!
I bought a tri tip last weekend and made three small roasts out of it. I took one of the mini roasts and sliced it. Marinated in Lowry's steak and chop 30 minute marinade with garlic and black pepper. I let it go about an hour and a half. Seared real quick over very hot lump and served with rice.

For lunch today,I roasted a turkey leg. I was gonna do it over K,but the bottom fell out! So I cooked it indirect on the Genesis. Seasoned with Weber's sweet and tangy BBQ rub. Served with tortilla chips and some salsa.

And tonight,I cooked a nice thick pork chop on the OTS. Seasoned with salt,pepper and garlic and onion powders. Cooked over K to a juicy 145*,and served with some orzo salad.
