Hello All,

I have been working on my mini project for about four weeks now (life always seems to get in the way). Today I put the last coat of paint on the emblem and assembled it. Now I just have to wait for the paint to cure and I'll be able to cook in it - I can't wait... Thanks to everyone who went before me. I got many great ideas from your build projects. I posted some pics below for your viewing pleasure.

Looks very nice. What hardware did you use for the thermometer probes? How much heat and smoke do you think you lose through those holes?
