Just a pork ribeye supper


 
You inspired me. Picked up a pork ribeye roast to slice down and grill in the next few days-once the weather cooperates.
 
Sliced mine into one inch steaks, brined them and grilled last night. They were great. Thanks again. Too hungry to take pics
 
Been a couple weeks, but decided on doing it again and took a pic this time. Love the overall sear you get with the Weber sear station on the gasser.
