Just a Ham

Last week I posted looking for a recipe for fresh ham, after thinking about it I went with a ready to cook ham and did it on the WSM
I made my own injection
50/50 pineapple and orange juice (oranges fresh from the back yard)
ground cloves
dry mustard
brown sugar
pure maple syrup
Had to use my new beast injector


I started to glaze when it hit 135

it's ready for it's second round of glaze

pulled it somewhere between 145/155

nothing dry about the baby, many slices in and you can still see the juices


By far one of the best hams I have done, very happy

Sorry I failed to mention the glaze was Chris Lillys spicy apricot glaze, and hickory and pecan for smoke

Some day I will learn how to combine all quotes in one post, (it's hard to teach us old guys new stuff)
