jerky on the mini?

Hey,

Does anyone have a good way of adding a couple of cooking grates to to the mini so more jerky could be cooked on the mini?

The grates would only have today be separated by 2-3 inches. I'm looking for a way which won't require drilling more holes for bolts.

I think you should fab a hanging rack like Jim and Gary did then use skewers and hang the jerky.

I don't have a finished picture of this, but this is what I fabbed up for smoking wings and other small items. By using all thread and nuts with washers you can set the racks where you want. I welded the bottom rack to the all thread it sits at the steamer insert height. The all thread in my prototype goes all the way down to the bottom of the pot, but I if you fix the bottom rack at the steamer insert level that is not required.
