Jerk thighs and cabbage

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
5 thighs marinated in walkerswood mild for 5 hrs.
On the performer with cowboy briqs and a chunk of ash for 45 mins, flipped once.
Small head of cabbage sliced and sautéed with bacon and onions.
Once soft added a few splashes of yondu and beef broth. Cannelli beans added at the end.

Looking awesome......I could go for that every meal for the rest of the week......
I have no one to cook jerk for and I have some good jerk spice....
It is always too hot................................................
 
Don't go for any cooking for other ladies while she is gone now.......you hear.......
Them ladies, some of them anyways like a good cook, might be hard to get rid of them before the Warden returns!
 
Looks great, Timothy. You inspired me and I put some boneless, skinless thighs in WW several hours ago for tonight and school lunches for the kids.
