Jerk Chicken w/ a Mozzarella stuffed pepper....and drinks

I've been cooking up a storm on my new (circa 2001) Genesis Silver B, wanted to do some stuffed peppers, and boneless/skinless thighs..... and I was (still am) thirsty so:

I have a bunch of new parts coming tomorrow - new flavorizer bars, new porcelain-coated cast iron grates and a few other goodies.... I hope to show them off soon.

Just mozzarella cheese. I did them again tonight - I was planning on using rice & cheese, but I chopped up a jerked thigh & used that and some cheese in the ones I made tonight:
