Sorry if this is the wrong forum (feel free to move if so), but there used to be a video on weber nation with JP grilling/smoking chicken on a kettle where he only used kosher salt. I have used the recipe (or variation of it) many times, but I was talking to a co-worker about it and it does a much better job than I do explaining the process. I can no longer find it, does anyone here know where it can be found?
