Jalapeno Poppers


 
Late lunch.
They have a good flavor, but the heat was non-existent on a couple. Cooked 'em on the Genny B....
Heat is a crap shoot for Jalapeños. I usually chop u some of the pith and mix it in with the cheese to ensure there's a fair amount of heat. I also make Jalapeño powder and sometimes use that as a rub instead. Either works well.
