First things first: I tapped one of those 5 liter kegs of New Castle.

We had some leftover pulled chuck that we did last weekend so we thawed the vac pac and put it in some taco seasoning. I pulled some Roma tomatoes off the vine and a couple of Vidalia's out of the basement.



I sliced them and diced them, put them indirect for a little while to get some char and a little Oak for some smoke.





I made a little salsa with the 'maters and onions along with a little lime and spices.



I put the shredded beef on some chips along with some melted cheese, added some guacamole, and the smoky salsa.



Time to watch Bama play ball.

I floated this lil guy. Cheers.

Ahhhh that looks delicious. What kind of grate are you using for the veggies? Looks useful so the small pieces of food don't fall thru.
 
Thought that screen looked familiar Dwain! I never have used it as a hover grill, just as a holder for veggies!
Those chips look delicious!
