It's been a while since I've made a contribution to the photo gallery.. So here we go!



I was scanning through the poultry section at HEB and decided to go with Turkey thighs. And it was a great decision! They were huge and delicious!

Here is the gear I used for this cook.


The Cherry and Apple wood went great with the Turkey!

Here they are hitting the cooker.


And here they are going for a short rest.


I didn't get a plated picture but I ended up serving them with HEB charro beans
