The SmokeFire did run like a champ today.

Latest update seems to be a winner. Hopefully get a couple butts on soon.

Or maybe their original reasoning didn’t hold up and doesn’t really matter.
CS said it would reduce the chances of drippings running off the V bar rack and down the feed ramp and gumming up the pellets.

I read in another thread that it makes no difference if the ramp is over or under. I go under, either way looks like it does not make a difference. Enjoy your SmokeFire all over again.

Looking good Bruno. I’ve always had my ramp below the flavor bar support, no issues. I also only secure the two screws finger tight, no reason to use a screwdriver (imho)
