Italian Weber Smoker Knockoff

This is a delightful channel to watch in case you haven't seen it yet. An American tries his hand at making BBQ in Italy for his in-laws, and he uses an Italian Weber smoker knockoff he found online. His wife is an accomplished Italian cook, and it is interesting seeing her reaction when comparing Italian vs American food.

Follow the channel; you won't be disappointed.

That Pasta E' Fagioli looked fantastic! For you "white" people that's pasta with beans in a tomato sauce.
In Ontario Italians call us WASP's a "Mungiacake"

Dave: "Yum! Kraft peanut butter and jam sandwiches on Wonderbread and a Coke and Twinkie" for lunch. I've been hungry since my usual double-double coffee and 3 Tim Horton's donuts from this morning. I can't wait to get home and have a Oscar Mayer hot dog and McCaines frozen cake."
Mario: "Dave. Oh. Don't be such a mangiacake. I got a mortadella, tomato and provolone on a pannino and escarole salad. Why don't you come over to my moms and try some of her pasta al forno with veal and dad's homemade sausage and wine."

Does anyone know what the item at :33 is called? Looks like dough or cornbread with maybe ham, cheese, and something else inside. Looks delicious.

I did not see anything at :33 if it's round and has a hole it may have been Frazeille which is a dried and toasted wheat bread
