Italian Sausage Sandwich

Haven't had a hot sandwich in a while. Needed to do something about that. We prefer hot Italian sausage.
Rounded up the usual suspects:

Roasted the red bell:

Got the veggies ready to go:

Saute for a bit:

Added the marinara sauce, let things mingle, moved the skillet to the cool side of my beautiful CL performer & grilled the sausage:

We've taken a liking to bolillo (& telera) rolls of late, so the bolillo got toasted. Assembled the sammy, dusted it with some Parmesan & it was time to eat!
