IT FINALLY ARRIVED!!

The new addition finally made its arduous journey from New Jersey! Took my son and I about 15 - 20 minutes to set up. The longest part of assembly was putting in the eyelets from BBQGURU. SWEEEET!!

My first smoke was 3 racks of BBs which were delicious. My second smoke was 6 lbs of italian sausage and Brats along with a 2 pound bacon wrapped fatty. My third smoke is ongoing (look for 'and so it begins' in the photo gallery)
