Internal temp on butts, when to pull

It was really good! Added some of the juices back when I pulled it and added a little rub. Very moist. The bark was better then I expected considering I foiled at 175, I thought it was going to get a little soft, wanted to help it through the plateau. I will always foil my butts at 175 if I get this this result every time. I was amazed as to how hot it was after being in the cooler for 4 hours. Smoking is all about patience.

Larry, you called it spot on. It took 13.5 hours to cook just like your prediction of coming in short of 14 hours. Your are good at this stuff.
