It was really good! Added some of the juices back when I pulled it and added a little rub. Very moist. The bark was better then I expected considering I foiled at 175, I thought it was going to get a little soft, wanted to help it through the plateau. I will always foil my butts at 175 if I get this this result every time. I was amazed as to how hot it was after being in the cooler for 4 hours. Smoking is all about patience.
