Instant Pot, What a Machine


 
Yep. We've got one for sweet and one for savory, plus 2 extras. Also have an air fryer lid that comes in handy at times.
 
We have the big one and use it pretty exclusively for rice, pinto beans, and occasionally for chicken noodle and tortilla soup. I love it.

But, this is a good idea to get the smaller one just for rice. Hmmmmm
 
A old fashioned pressure cooker with it's own heater and a catchy name sure did hit the market hard after most folks stopped using them. Mom used 1 all my life for all kind of things and I do have a couple lol
