Inspiration from the Pork King himself

I was inspired by Richard S. and all his amazing pork tenderloin cooks. I call him the pork king in my head, I just never told him that...until now. Hi Richard. It was a rainy cold day so I did not have his amazing senary, but I tried to get the pork right. Broke out the Weber baskets as I have not used them very much since getting the SnS, but wanted to use them for this cook.

Took it over to get a sear once it hit 130.

Great warm meal on a cold middle of the week day.

I've got a couple PTL's in the freezer pretty much all the time. It's such an easy item to grill, and takes on an array of flavors so you can be creative.

Yours looks great, Michael! Hearty meal with your 'taters and beans! :)

Nice looking cook Michae.
It is a truly underrated cut of meat.

I smoked one a while ago then seared it at the end and my family was digging it.
Makes a great bagget sammich :).

Cooked another pork tenderloin tonight. 32 and snow fluffier, so you know, the kids still had school soccer and track practice, so what is better then a hot bowl of homemade Ramen.
