B Bob T. TVWBB Wizard Jan 12, 2006 #2 I inject, rub, then fire up the WSM. It sits there for maybe an hour.
R Rick Soliman TVWBB Pro Jan 12, 2006 #3 I would suggest injecting and letting the shoulder sit in the refridgerator anywhere from 30min to 12 hours. Also make sure you move the needle around while injecting this will prevent a large pocket of injection in one concentrated area.

J Joe McManus TVWBB All-Star Jan 13, 2006 #4 I've been more pleased with results if it sits for 3+ hours. Have let it sit for 8-10 hours prior to putting on the smoker.
