Cooked in an IBCA yesterday and it's time to change it up. These judges do not like my kcbs style ribs and brisket. I was super happy with both but it didn't hit. Didn't even taste my chicken but it was good enough for 5th. So next weekend it's back to the drawing board. I wish we got feedback sheets but all we get are scores. I think I just need to simplify. Looks awesome to me Gary. My one and only show (Clayton CA) I got disqualified for not having the right kind of fire extinguisher. Hang in there, I kinda wish I had
