Some action shots. Meat is called ranchera in Spanish and you can ask for it as flap meat.

Maribel made refried beans using Bushs pinto beans in the can. I highly recommend them.

Tony and Maribel.

Great cash tune! One of my favorite. And as always , the food looks great! Chicken and a hot dog? Why not? Great meal , brother! :wsm:

Gotta love Johnny!! You two make some tasty looking meals and this is another one of them. Lookin' Good!!!!

Wow Tony...you cooking for an army? That all looks super and I will give those beans a shot! I normally just do a crock pot of pintos and let them cook all day but this sounds pretty simple...

Nice work Tony! You sir are a grilling machine!

It's just a habit to do hot dogs with no buns. My kids like them wrapped in a tortilla just like I just to get them when I was a kid.

Awesome! Used to live in SB. Up on Hacienda Court...lost my home to a wildfire along with about 300 of my neighbors....lol.

Anyways, back to the food, we used to buy meat like that marinading in spices and orange juice, little latino store downtown, don't remember the name but wow...good stuff!

My mother told me about this Bushs pinto beans. Chop 1/4 onion and fry with 3 serranos chopped and then add the beans. Bring to a boil and start smashing.

Thanks buddy!! I was thinking some chorizo and a tad of canned chipotle might work also!

I will give this a shot!
