For those who don’t know, duh, Chris has done a really good job of providing information for the new WSM user. If you haven’t yet, please check out the link, http://virtualweberbullet.com/.
In it is a category called “Cooking Topics” and there you will find Beginner Recipes. This is one of them, http://virtualweberbullet.com/rib4.html for basic baby back ribs. I tried this long ago and always go back to it. Simple and delicious. We did them again tonight. If you’re new to BBQ, (Smoking), please do yourself a favor and try these.

I kid you not, I loaded the WSM early and he laid there for almost two hours until I lit the coals. Buddy truly loves to cook.

4 hours and ten minutes later, they're ready to come off. The one side is without sauce. My son's girlfriend likes them that way.

Plated. Nothing special. Nancy's home made potato salad, a pasta salad and some bread. Try this folks, it's easy and good. spent the day watching the WSM while enjoying a growler of some delicious Firestone IPA.

Thanks for looking!

Beautiful rib cook Buddy and Rolf!

"Nothing special. Nancy's home made potato salad"
With a statement like that, you'll be in the doghouse with Buddy:p

I agree with Bob, I hope Nancy doesn't read this post. The ribs look great and I'm in line with the girlfriend for the dry ribs.
