Identify this smoker, please


 
I think that's an old Brinkman electric (well, the electric part is pretty obvious).
 
I am debating to pick up, but the guy is telling me it is an old Weber. I cannot find anything about it. Also, what would you pay for it? I have a 18” WSM, but would use this to dehydrate the corn after smoking in my WSM
 
I'm no expert by any means, but I'm pretty certain that is not a Weber. Here's a pic of the Brinkman. Looks like twins!

Brinkmann for sure. I had the charcoal version . No vent on lid. Air exits around the loose fitting lid. Don’t operate in the rain. I paid $33 for mine ln 2008. How old and how much?
